Funny noise, alternator belt fell off.
Thankfully it died right in front of my house after a spirited short drive. Lo and behold, popped the hood and this is what I found. Ordered a new crankshaft nut and once installed, everything was good to go. Said a little prayer, cause I think I dogged a giant bullet.
