2006 XC90 2.5t - PCV have any rubber seals?

Does PCV valve oil trap have any rubber seals that needs to be replaced...what would cause to oil leak from it...how is it placed and attached under intake manifold(hooked/bolted/screwed)? This is because it's leaking oil and i think i need to replace it. Secondly how is radiator cooling fan 12v direct test performed, where do i hook the signal wire if i perform the test?...thanks
