I'm having the whole thing done over, including the CAT, but my question is two fold:
1. Has anyone run into code issues with an aftermarket CAT? I can't afford an OEM one
2. Has anyone run into code issues with aftermarket O2 sensors?

Otherwise you will probably get codes with ceramic Magnaflow or whatever ceramic CAT you've got.Pure gold would run them cheaper. the flex pipe is welded to the cat, the aft cat flange joint is just bolted and can be fixed or welded.
