2006 XC70 Engine whirring wooing noise on start up and acceleration

I’ve attached a video with the noise so I’m hoping this will be better for diagnosis

Car runs great but if I’m hearing this specific noise that I haven’t seen on any forums it’s gotta be something. If anyone has any clue as to what it could be, please help!

I'd check the power steering fluid, and then check the date and mileage on the last timing belt change (water pump, idler pulley bearings may be suspect)
