Crank no start 1996 Volvo 850 turbo

So I’m at a loss I’ve searched this forum for days still am chasing my tail. So my 96 850 is cranking it but it won’t start, replaced the fuel pump relay 3 days ago and it ran fine till the morning. It has spark and fuel at the fuel rail. The pump and everything engages. I have I yet to test the pressure at the rail and I have yet to do a compression test (I don’t think it’s a head gasket issue because none of the usual symptoms are present) I’m at my wits end and desperate for answers.
