Sunroof rails misaligned S70

After a hard winter my sunroof suddenly can't open and doesn't even close properly. I tried a lot of stuff but noticed that the two rails in each side are not in the same position. How can I align the rails?

I checked but I didn't find this specific issue, maybe I didn't check enough. Could just removing the motor then allinging the rails by hand work?
