2006 Volvo S80 Ignition problem

Hi Everyone,

I have an issue with my 2006 Volvo S80, the car is not recognising the key fob and stating "Start prevention error" within the dashboard. I need a help to reprogram the car to sync with the key fob. How can i do that and no one is showing up to work on volvo's? Can Someone help me to come out of tis problem ?

The codes says there is an immobilizer issue either ignition ring or to repragram the car?

The isssue started as i forgot to turn out the car lights off whole over the night. the brain got drained out and even after jumpstarting the battery, car is not starting and even there is no cranking sound and I get to know car is not recognissing the key fob.
