Can’t find a new Brake Booster - 2000 V70 N/A

Post by ashlee2319 »

I’m looking for a new brake booster for my 2000 V70 non-turbo. I can’t seem to find any genuine ones, seems like they’re probably discontinued?

There is one available on AutoHausAZ but it is “with DTSC” and not the right part. It doesn’t necessarily have to be genuine for me to buy it.

The Genuine part # is 9492764. Does anyone have luck finding this?!

Maybe try getting yours rebuilt by a specialized shop?

It’s a junkyard only part at this point. I believe it’s a 1999-2000 only part, too, as the brake pedal position sensor is unique those two years. I might have a spare in stash
