Transmission issues?

I am fearing the worst. 2013 S60. As the weather warms up, there is a transmission issue. At idle, when i leave the brake pedal, the car feels like it is in neutral...it will roll backwards when I take my foot off the brake. As I accelerate from idle (at a light, let's say), there ia a clunk...a prominent shift from 0- 1st. The car lunges. Not every time, but I see it happening now that the weather is hotter. Thoughts? No prior fluid changes. about 70K. What is the recommended fluid for this model?

How often had transmission fluid been changed?

About 70K. Never had a fluid change. Is there a good tutorial for this? What is the recommended fluid to use?
