Oil found in spark plugs. What to do? 2009 XC70 T6

I had a check engine light for a misfire in cylinders 3 and 5. I went to change the spark plugs and discovered that the cylinder 5 plug was a bit wet with oil and the cylinder 3 plug had a decent bit of oil pooled. Since this vehicle doesn’t have a traditional valve cover gasket, what could be the issue? I checked the other spark plugs and they were dry. Is this something that can be repaired by taking the valve cover off or is there a deeper issue? If there is a part I can purchase a link or part number would be appreciated. Thanks!
