Hello fellow s60 owners,
I am currently having this weird issue with my FM radio which I use to listen to music and Bluetooth. One day 5 months ago I was listening to FM and it just cut out completely, no static, no noise, nothing from any of the channels. I know it's not my speakers because AM radio works completely fine, but FM radio function has ceased and gone silent. I have tried every station, FM1-3, and cleaning around my car but I don't know what to do, as I believe the radio attena is embedded in the rear window.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what I should check? I don't know what connection will be faulty and where I will look to change it. Is it anything to do with my antenna? Thank you guys.

These head units are becoming problematic with age. I have 2 friends with P2 cars with issues. The least reliable version seems to be the HU-850 with the built in multi-CD changer. What model of unit have you got in your car. The model number should be on the front of it.

The HU650 is not immune, I am on my second unit. For OP, it's from the unit and repair only gives you 50% chance of revival, and these stats are from someone I know who has tried fixing dozens of these.
