Yesterday I installed a new Hitch on our XC60. Pretty straightforward job that took about 2 hours. I didn't install wiring or the hitch module as I am only using it to carry the cycle rack and have no intention of towing a trailer with it. Hitch cost was about $400 CDN. The only caution I would advise is that the template for cutting the bumper plastic is not very accurate or useful. You will need to get a little creative and cut more than the template advises.

It handles a 230 pound bike well, bike rack weighs about 45 lbs.
