Use black ties and black electrical tape wrapped over washers? Cheaper than faster than rivets?

AS it says, temporary fastener. Using a regular aluminum rivet or zip-tie on a mudflap will end badly if it hits anything. Instead of peeling over the plastic coated Volvo rivet, it will bend your fender as far as the headlight if you are unlucky.
