Bumper Reinforcent Replacement 2010 XC90 V8

My daughter hit the back of a big truck and the trailer hitch on the truck went into the bumper and bent the Bumper reinforcement bar pretty badly. It also ruined the Radiator and Condenser. Has anyone ever had to replace this bar? It is bolted on but then also apparently has some welded spots (oh, and it did nothing to the truck).
