PCV system problem 04 S60 2.5t

Post by volvoporvida »

I did the glove test after warm up and lo and behold filled up the glove with air. I replaced oil trap, hose, banjo bolt you name it in 2021 except the Crankcase Breather Pipe Assembly. Can it be time already. I haven’t hit 100k not even close! Any suggestions?

May be you should look at that pipe that run from the banjo bolt in the intake to the pipe assembly.
They often clog or break. You could save money just by using the pipe from a S80 P/N 30731007
