Vehicle Speed Sensor rezistance problem?

hello everyone
I have a 2000 Volvo S70 T5 automatic, part number 9495008. I suspect the transmission speed sensor is faulty. I'm measuring resistance at mega ohm levels. Is this value normal? What is the correct ohm value?
