2013 xc60 3.2 transmission noise

In stop and go traffic my transmission hesitates when I accelerate and again when I decelerate.
It makes a clunk type noise. I replaced all of my motor mounts. Any ideas?

I think that 2013 is similar to my 2015 and up crew of xc60s. So you dont have a transmission deepstick. You can possibly get your car to a dealer/dedicated transmission shop to look with the scanner at inputs, when gears are engaging, temperature of the fluid...or you can try path of changing transmission fluid. You will need a scanner able to tell the transmission temp to do it correctly(icarsoft volvo/Saab in my case or vida/dice). You will likely need to do 3-4 drain refills to change all fluid, but can limit to 2 drain/refill and see if you will have any improvement.
