BiXenon headlights - How do they work? - P2 cars 05-

How do bi-xenon headlights differ from the regular Xenon light or halogen lights in the Volvo P2's from 05-09?

I realize they move on a motor for the low-beam lights, they also have 2 x Xenon (expensive) bulbs. I also know there is a button for the center stack, but what does it do? Does it allow the headlights to turn with the steering input at night or be set to fixed?

Do you need anything else (other than likely programming by Volvo)? Do they have a height sensor or anything else that is needed for them to work?

Never knew that P2 came with such advance technology. I thought it was P3 that started to offer "bending" lights. As far as I understand it is controlled by the ecu. Bulb has 2 motors that move it up-down and right-left. After bulb there is ignitor/ballast(makes bulbs look cheap). Then ecu takes information from hight sensor(rear axle i believe) and adjust the beam to it is not blinding the oncoming traffic in case you loaded your car like a john deere tractor. In addition to that steering angle sensor(might be wrong here) provides info about your directions so the system moves the beam with your steering. Thats my knowledge based on my P3 research. I believe it is almost impossible to convert regular halogen car into proper xenon with "bending".
(I wanted to add heated steering wheel to my 16 xc70 and dealer said they cant. But offered help with proximity package)
