V70 250A long term fuel trim fault

So my ‘06 V70 non-turbo gasoline / LPG has been throwing a 250a long term fuel trim qualifier fault with a check engine light. Car has been properly maintained, just had a regular service and recently PCV replaced. Had this fault before this aswell. As said an LPG system has been installed, brand BRC and has had regular service with filter replacements. Last year all injectors had been replaced because several where plugged / broken / worn, could not be repaired / cleaned. Was running fine when injectors where replaced, no erratic idling of faults. When car is running on LPG there is some sagging when idling, seems to be running ok on gasoline. Did not test to reset fault and drive on gasoline for a while (gasoline prices ) to see if fault comes back, but I guess it is likely due to the erratic idling on LPG.

As I understand this fault can have several causes. Vaccuum hoses could be leaking, MAF / 02 sensors not working properly, LPG / fuel injectors not working propely, fuel pressure / sensor etc etc. I allready tried to check if there are vacuum leaks with brake cleaner on all vacuum hoses and fuel / LPG lines but has absolutely no effect on engine RPM.

I guess it would be best to check live parameters to see what is actually happening instead of guessing and thowing parts at it, but I'm having some difficulties reading the parameters like the 02 sensors as I would like to see if there possibly are differences when car is running on LPG / gasoline. I have added the read out of a live datastream from my Foxwell scanner, could you guys take a look and see if there is something out of the ordinary?

I’ve been searching the forum, lots of 250a faults but still not completely clear to me.
