2001 V70 - Passenger Low Beam Headlamp and Turn Signal - Not Working

Appealing the old Norse gods for assistance.

I have a 2001 Volvo V70 with 200k+ miles on it. It’s basically an “island car” for my kids to drive.

Situation:
1. Passenger side low beam headlight does NOT work
2. Passenger side turn light does NOT work
3. Passenger side marker signal and rear turn light works, but “hyperflashes”
4. Passenger side high beam DOES work
5. Driver side - all headlights and turn signals work fine

Attempts:
1. Took to local mechanic - he gave up
2. Replaced passenger rear turn light - no joy
3. Switched passenger and driver turn lights and assemblies - no joy
4. Replaced passenger low beam light and turn signal (socket and light) - no joy
5. Double-checked all connections and randomly sprayed electric cleaner - no joy
6. Checked relevant fuses - no joy

I’m at wits end. Will offer eternal gratitude and a drink of choice to the champion that can help me solve this. Thank you!

Lets imagine that rear and front are two separate issues. Now lets concentrate on 1 thing. I would pick lowbeam headlight. Now lets figure what is missing-power or ground. Lets take a good H7 bulb and make a "test light" our of it. It has 2 big meaty connector to which it os easy to attach 2 long wires. You can use use a good incandescent test light as well. With car running and left side shining low beam, disconnect connector to the low beam light on the right side. Check your test light if it is working ok prior to test. You can get "+" at the engine fuse box(flip the plastic tab and there will be stud). Ground can be found on engine. So your test light work. Now one wire of your test light connect to "+" and with other wire/or tip of the test light touch the connector to the low beam wire(use t-pin not to spread the connector too much). If you have bright light on 1 wire and nothing on the 2nd connector- ok, connector pin with bright light is your ground and it is good(H7 is better test since it is loading the circut properly). If you have no light on either pin- great, now we questioning our ground connection. Now connect one end of the test light to engine ground and another to positive stud- verify test light works. With one end attached to ground, with another touch each pin to the low beam- bright light on one side and nothing on another-great you confirmed that you are missing ground supply. If nothing on each pin- follow the harness to the next in line disconnect and repeat the tests there. Wires will be color coded.
