Rate Limited by Cloudflare?

I simply was trying to go to the next page on a thread, and got blocked for a minute. I got an error and directed to this page for explanation: https://developers.cloudflare.com/suppo ... rror-1015/

I tried reloading a few times, getting nowhere. When I closed the tab, and opened a new one I was able to regain access. No idea if it was a glitch, or if something was being worked on.
