Volvo Navigation System: Add POI possible?

Hi everyone,

I'm getting an XC90 with the Volvo Navigation System, 2003 European model.

Has anyone succeeded in copying the VNS DVD on to a PC and add your own POI, then burn a new DVD including your own POI?
