CD Changer Error Codes

I have a 1994 850 with the factory radio and cd changer. Whenever I select the CD option from the radio, an error code E-02 appears. Does anyone know what this code is or where I can find it?

I have a 1995 960 Volvo with factory 6 cd changer and recently it has stopped working and gave me the same code. Let me know if you find out what it means.
