I brought my XC90 to Volvo today with water soaking the floor and sloshing around. The Service rep said: I have five of them in here for the same thing. I know exactly what it is. It's clogged drains. We remove seats and carpets, dry it out, and then cut off the bottom end of the hoses...Bad design. We don't know why Volvo designed it that way, so we just cut off the bottom two inches of the hoses.
Does anyone know the Technical Service Bulletin number or have a copy?
Sounds like a design defect to me.
