Power seat problem

Post by am0220 »

Today I was moving the seat and the tilt at the back side suddenly stopped. I can still hear the initial "click" at the switch and "click" at the motor(?) when I first press the switch, but it doesn't move. All other movements (front tilt, back & forth, recline) are OK, so it obviously isn't a fuse or a relay.

Looking under the seat, looks like there are 3 motors. Anybody had this, or similar, problem?

Thanks in advance.
Anthony

Thanks, Matt. But it isn't the recline, it's the tilt that went out...specifically the back tilt. Also, I can't hear the motor running, just the initial click when I press the button. All the other functions work fine.
