Hey all. I'm new to this site and i just bought my first Volvo four days ago. Does anyone know the MPG for my 97' 850 R?

As long as you drive reasonably, probably mid to upper teens in the city and mid 20's on the highway.

Btw, I'm moving this to the 850 section.

Cap, rotor, and plugs increased my mgp noticeably.
Top grade tires, set at 36#, also made a difference.

A highway trip at 58mph, might give you 28.5 mpg.

What did you pay for your R, if this is not too personal of a question?

Color and mileage?
1994 850 Turbo Sedan. 202,000, and getting more experienced, not older. - sold
