Our next event of the year will be a technical session to be followed by lunch and a visit to local Pick-n-Pulls.

Please bring folding chairs for your own comfort.
Otherwise, plan to be on your feet.

The SVS technical session will discuss the care, tuning and maintenance of pre-1975 Volvo's with B16, B18 or B20 engines.

The session will be headed by Robert Marcello, the original founder of SVS (12/80), an independent repair facility. He is also a Master Technician as defined by Volvo. In addition, Robert is a current member of, and has won the VISTA (Volvo International Service Technician Association) competition in 1978.

Robert will discuss how to keep these Volvo's tuned and running safely with today's fuels and motor oils. He will also discuss engine rebuilds, A/C kit installations, etc. and handle questions from the audience.

Robert would also like to have subjects and questions from interested participants beforehand, so that he can prepare. Please forward all questions to Jeff Molander, as listed below.

During the afternoon, we will find a location for lunch and then break up to visit local auto dismantlers and Pick 'n Pulls of your choice.
