Here are the VADIS instructions:

The special tools referred to are for checking the tension of the belt. I have never used them. Find the longest run on the belt and press firmly with your thumb on the centre of the run. If it deflects about 3mm the tension is correct.
There is no need to disturb the cam belt although you do remove the timing cover.
