clogged pcv?

Can someone show me how to clean a clogged pcv on a 2001 s40 1.9 T. That is what I assume is the problem because when I turn the air on thats all I smell and the engine is not leaking oil.

Hard to say if this is your PCV or not...when engine running pull the oil dipstick and put your thumb over the opening...do you feel air pushing out or sucking in? If it's pushing out, then yes, you need to service your PCV system. If not, then no you don't and you need to look elsewhere for the smell.
