S70 (1998) Washer fluid warning light

Post by philosophicaldreamer »

In my S70 the wind-shield-washer-fluid-warning light stays continuously on despite the fact that the reservoir is filled with washer. I assume that this is the sensor going bad. How difficult is it to replace this sensor, and how expensive is it? Can I do this job on my own in my garage, or is this a kind of expansive effort that should be left to my mechanic? Any information in this regard will be very appreciated.

Thank you.

I suggest checking with your local dealer for the part. If it's too expensive there, then I would contact www.vandsautodismantlers.com or www.erievovo.com
