S40 2002 Engine Lurching Fog Lights out of place and more

My dad recently purchased me a Volvo. I did not see it but he bought it for me any ways. When i received the car There's scratches everywhere paint on thew spoiler is peeling one of the fog lights isn't in the molding I'm missing the grille above the fog lights but below the grille that is parallel to the headlights. That's just Exterior work Interior isn't as bad. Driver and passenger seats the leather is cracked my right blinker switch gets stuck so some times it works and sometimes it doesn't. All my dials are sticky feels like candy juice got stuck on them. I didn't even get the right car mats. The automatic A/C thing worked the first day i drove it after that is been on the fritz. The passenger side the seat backings thread has been cut so it looks off. Please Help me!!!
