Volvo 740 and Saab 9000

Hi there, new to the group. Was wondering if someone knew whether the tyres/wheels from a 740 would be compatible with a Saab 9000. I am looking at buying some on ebay, and need to know. I know the size of the tyre is the same ( 195/65R15), but unsure about wheelnuts etc. Is it true that these cars were built from the same design?? Thanks for your help.
