Driver's side seat belt froze up on 2001 v70

My driver's side seat belt on my 2001 v70 t5 froze up and I went to the dealership to get it repaired. They wanted $370 for the part and about $230 to put it in. I just about fell over. Did a little web surfing and found a Volvo dismantling yard in Southern California and they sent me a nice used one for $120 plus tax and shipping to the tune of about $150 total. They walked me through putting it in and I saved $450! If anyone wants more info, just let me know. I was really upset the dealer was going to put the screws to me like that. In this economy you would think they would be a little more helpful than that!
