98 V70 Throw out bearings.....

My new found project just rolled 200k kilometers and I hear bearings rattling when I shut the car off, goes away when I depress the clutch and can only assume that the throw out bearings are shot. Time for a new clutch.....how much will this suck to do? Any recommendations on a good clutch for daily driving, fun and upgrades to about 400 ponies? How long can I put it off?
