1967 Volvo 122S oil change

As a new owner of this dream machine, I'm in question as to what the best motor oil is to use, summer and winter. Of course multi grades weren't around when my Volvo was built. Thank you for providing info that I couldn't find in the mechanics manual.

Best 'all around' oil is 10W30. I prefer synthetic because it is cleaner and longer lasting for a daily driver.
