2002 xc 70 idle / stall

I've been looking over the idle problems.

Generally stalls in gear warm or cold. My wife insisted local shop had read codes and knew fix ( " pcv / flame trap " ) So much money later, no fix.

I was going to clean mass flow / throttle position snap connectors and or take the out and clean them.

Can you direct me to a " R & R " page for those items please ?

How ubiquitous are these units ? Will a spare from my 1999 V70 turbo " parts car " work on the 2002 xc 70 ?
