Regular service required message

Hi all..tried to reset the message but nothing happen.
Key in on position 1-press and hold odometer button-beep comes on and 045 shows in the message box and back to regular service required.
Any suggestions how to reset it or make it go away?
Hope no dealer trip...

You need to go to position II after you get the beep.

This worked on my '01 S80...
