XC90 D5, loosing engine oil

XC90 D5, loosing engine oil

My XC90 D5 2006 suddenly lost all its engine oil whilst driving/parked idling. Don't know what happened but looking under the hood it seems a hose/connection to the vaccum pump (brake servo) is off, an a lot of oil spillage on the brake servo unit and on top of gear box, also underneath the car towards all the way towards the rear axle.

Anyone know what kind of failure may have caused this to happen?
