Door Locks C70

Driver's side door latch on my 99 C70 has stuck in the locked position.
Happened after a car wash and a below freezing night. After WD-40, & hot air gun. the latch wiggles, but is in a position where door won't close or latch. Both remote and key will activate lock and unlock motors, and door handle appears to operate ok, so is probably not electrical. Is there a way to manually trip the latch so it will function?
