2001 XC70 radio/blower fan - fuse?

I have a 2001 XC 70 which had a transmission module issue and it was parked for a bit. It then had a low battery (which basically died) and needed to be charged and jump started several times. The battery has now been replaced.

Now the problem - both the blower fan and radio do not work. This was noticed after the battery issues. Also, there is a hyphen (-) appearing on the digital readout before the clock.

The interior fuses seem to be fine, but I could be missing something. I just pulled off the codes and they indicate 0716, 0717, and 1618 - each of which relate to the engine.

Any ideas on the issues and whether they are related would be appreciated. Thanks you.
