Rear upper engine mount question

What is the tech used to install a new bushing, I saw something with a c-clamp... Thanks for any help

I used a c-clamp (mine was 4" but a 6" would be perfect), and two blocks of wood--one to press on the bushing, the other on the far side of the bracket you're pressing the bushing into. Since the center part of the bushing sticks out a bit on both sides, drill a 1" hole (I used a hand drill with a spade bit) deep enough into each block to accommodate the sticky-out part of the bushing (but not all the way through the block, so you still have a place to put the c-clamp pads. If you don't have a drill you could make a "bridge" over the sticky-out part by gluing two shorter blocks to one longer one. You'll think of something. A little grease on the lip of the bracket will help it get started. There's an arrow on the bushing that's supposed to be on the left side of the car and point up, evidently.
