1999 s80 2.9, no low beams

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

I wonder if there is a relay for the low beams? If so where?
I have no power to low beams no power to fuses. Everything else in the headlight switch works. Any Suggestions?
