hi again , it long time from last edit , i think i found the error of the intake air temp. , there was a tube from air intak to above the exhust gas tubes of the engine this tube was not connected , so the air in take was cold all the time even the motor was hot and getting more hot , as i connect that metal tube the error gone ,
but after a while as i am stating the car ,it start and the engine come to 1000 rpm but suddenly it droped off ? i must push the paddle of gas to keep it runnig .
then while slow speed 20 to 80 km/hr as i on the 2nd gear or 3rd it turn off as no petrol and when i keep pushing on the paddle of gas it take off (start ) many times repeated
i checked the error codes again
113
132
411
i think there is problem in the throut position control , idle control ,
i hope to advise me where to get that controlers , i will be in cologne germany at first of novamber , i hope to get this parts and the workshop book , any suggestion ?

thanks for ur help

Code 1-1-3 indicates a faulty signal to one or more injectors. Possible cause is a wiring open circuit.

Code 4-1-1 is a throttle position sensor signal error. Possible causes are wiring, accelerator cable adjustment or throttle position sensor fault.

Code 1-3-2 is a battery voltage error. Possible causes are wiring, engine control relay, alternator or battery.

To check for the first two follow the attached instructions.

Have you had any problems with the battery losing its charge?

Yes, that check is for the single point system. On multi point each injector is checked separately.

If you have "green rust" on the connector that is oxidation and must be cleaned off. You can buy an electrical component cleaner spray at most parts or electronics shops. Give it a good squirt of that and it should do the job. Whilst you are doing that one check the other connectors in the engine compartment and clean them if necessary.

The Idle Speed Control check is attached:

As for the parts you need most Volvo dealers should be able to supply them but may not stock them all. However, they should be able to get them for you quite quickly. For the manual you would be better off checking book shops or even eBay. The software I use for the parts numbers is VADIS (Volvo Aftersales Diagnostics and Information System). This comes on DVD and is available on eBay. The version I have, 1992 - 2006, has a good section on repairs for the 4 series and could help you if you had one.
