Real question is, do you want to annoy the hell out of everyone driving towards you? If you want to get HID you'll need to invest a little in it so it's done right. Just swapping out for really bright bulbs just pisses off traffic coming your way. I hate driving on the freeway at night to have some idiot drive by with his blue lights that light up the whole damn place, where I literally need to close my eyes to be able to not crash after he's gone by.

There is a difference between real HIDs that make a bluish light that is both legal and considerate of other drivers, and then there are the cheap replacement tinted bulbs that just piss everyone off.

Try a website called hids4u.co.uk Tell them what car you have then you chose the light intensity you want. They just plug straight in &their kits wont bring on the bulb warning.
