Changing v-belts

Hey folks. Kind of embarrassed to ask this but I just can't figure it out. I've never changed v belts before. How do you release the tension from the power steering pump? Not sure how to work it.

The fixing nut is in the back. Loosen it. Then use the tensioner nut (on the right in your photograph) to release the tension in the belt. After new belt is tightened satisfactorily, be sure that tension is borne by the fixing nut, not the tensioner nut.
