98 V70T5 wagon - stops running intermitently

Post by mas »

98 V70T5 wagon stop running intermitently. It began randomly at stop sign / lights. It would stop running without any warning, no shuttering or sputtering. It would take several cranks to get it running, sounds like it is starved for gas. Once running it would run smooth as usual. It would run fine for a few hours and then do it again. Now it does it when I am in traffic / freeway. It again takes several cranks to start it but once it runs it is smooth, no missing or sputtering, exceleration is smooth as well.

Any Ideas?
