'87 760 Turbo Sometimes Won't Start

I can't figure out if it is fuel or electrical related. I will try to start the car, motor turns over fine, just won't start. Leave the car alone for a few hours and then it starts right up. I have changed out fuel filter (primary). It is a fuel injected system so I'm pretty sure the engine is not flooding. Unless one of the injectors is leaking. Got any ideas?
