interior electrical buzzing

hi. i'm having a strange problem on my 2002 xc70. ihear a faint electrical buzzing sound almost like a mosquito coming from my headliner. at first i thought it was a blown tweeter on the car's stereo but it's there even when the stereo is off. it sounds like it's coming from the headliner behind the sunroof, near the rear seat overhead lights. is there a relay or something up there that could be causing this sound? any ideas or help is appreciated.

ok. i've further diagnosed the problem. see my posting speaker buzzing with radio off. thanks
