1999 s80 non turbo

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

The first 2 codes you listed are for the ETM (electronic throttle module), low signal and internal fault, respectively. The last is for the accelerator pedal sensor (faulty signal). Sounds like you are in "limp home" mode. If your ETM does not have a yellow label, it's likely bad. Even if it does have a yellow label, the replacement may have gone bad. There are plenty of threads in this forum about the ETM problems. Good luck! Steve K.

Nope, 2001 should be the same as 1999.

I have a 2001 S80 non-turbo. My daughter was driving it and it just died on her. I could get it started but it would barely run then stall out. Did the research and found that it was the electronic throttle. The car has 125K miles on it but there is a recall.
Had the car towed to Volvo and they replaced it at no charge. The car was running better than ever until the alternator went out on it. Good Luck. RIB
