Used 99 S80 2.9 purchased 6/04 w/50k
The 3 radio knobs (fader; bass/treble; balance) were cracked when I bought the car. Are these possible to replace and if so, where can I get them from?
Also, where can I get headlight wiper blades? My left headlight blade is ripped and I think as a result sometimes gets stuck in the vertical position across my headlight.

Call or email MySwedishParts.com (an advertiser here). They are a OEM (official parts) Volvo parts supplier, and will have those items if available at all. I'm near certain they'd carry the wiper blades. Knobs I don't know about.
